This bowl measures 10" in diameter and 4" tall. This handmade bowl is wheel thrown and made by Jennifer Spring Ceramics (JSC), a Seattle modern ceramic artist. Jennifer hand carved this large bowl for an inviting texture. The interior is glazed in aqua and the exterior is glazed in a soft white satin matte glaze. Each piece is made individually and has it's own unique handmade touch.
This bowl has the look of handmade with a nod to modern design. JSC is known for texture and pieces that are beautiful and feel great to touch as well.
The bowls are made with food safe ingredients and are dishwasher safe.

Jennifer hand makes each piece in her Seattle area studio. She fires all work in an electric kiln at midrange firing of approx. 2200 degrees (cone 4-6 depending on the clay body). Her ceramics are food, microwave and dishwasher safe.
